Note: The Marriott and Holiday Inn blocks are now full or closed. There may be other rooms available at the regular hotel rate at these hotels; if you call, you can still ask about the ASB group rate in case some rooms open up but no more rooms are able to be added to the blocks at this time.
In addition, we have opened a small courtesy block at the Sheraton Raleigh, which is next door to the Marriott and the Convention Center. Rooms must be booked by July 22, and are subject to availability.
Raleigh Marriott City Center
The Raleigh Marriott City Center, a Four Diamond level hotel located on Fayetteville Street in the heart of Raleigh’s vibrant downtown, will serve as the conference hotel. The hotel connects directly to the Raleigh Convention Center. We have arranged a rate of $169/night for a room with 2 doubles or a king. For our guests, in-room internet access is complimentary.
The Raleigh Marriott City Center is adjacent to a 900 space parking garage which serves the convention center and hotel guests alike. The hotel offers valet parking for overnight guests at a rate of $26 per night, as well as self-parking at $12 per night. Other amenities include an indoor pool with hot tub and 1,200 sq ft fitness center, an upscale Tuscan restaurant, and a Starbucks. Book by July 11.
Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown Capital
We have a second block at the Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown Capital located on Hillsborough St about 0.7 miles from the meeting site, walkable to the Convention Center or located on the free R-Line circulator bus (hotel: stop R9, RCC: stop R13). We have arranged a rate of $109/night with a $7 parking fee and complimentary Wi-Fi. Book by July 3.
Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) offers about 370 daily arrivals and departures. Non-stop flights from nearly 40 locations are available to RDU. RDU is 15 miles from downtown Raleigh.
The Greater Raleigh area is accessible by Amtrak train and Greyhound bus service. A full array of transportation services from SuperShuttle to cabs and limos is available. See the following links for more information:
